Warranty Assurance

Choosing to repaint your home is a significant investment, and knowing you have dependable support brings peace of mind. At Daniel Pro Painting Solutions, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our work. If any issues arise, rest assured, we’re just a call away to make it right.

OUR WARRANTY TERMS:

For a period of 12 months from the date listed on your project contract, Daniel Pro Painting Solutions will address any paint defects, such as cracking, peeling, or chipping, caused by workmanship errors.

To ensure this warranty applies, you must:

1. Keep a copy of your original contract.
2. Confirm that all payments have been completed in full.
3. Reach out to Daniel Pro Painting Solutions at (919) 849-5847 to schedule a property inspection and discuss repair options.
4. Allow access to your property so we can carry out necessary repairs.

What We Will Do:

• Fix any qualifying defects at no additional cost.
• Address surface preparation issues specifically mentioned in your original agreement.
• Repair problem areas (cracking, peeling, or chipping) as identified. Please note that a perfect color match is not guaranteed, as paint colors naturally change over time due to environmental exposure.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

1. Work where paint materials were not provided by Daniel Pro Painting Solutions.
2. Repairs attempted or completed by anyone other than our team.
3. Issues resulting from water intrusion or excessive moisture exposure.
4. Paint failures caused by surfaces where moisture is consistently present, such as decks, porches, stairs, or railings.
5. Bubbling paint or varnished/natural wood finishes.
6. Matching of existing colors or textures, as environmental conditions can alter paint appearance over time.
7. Paint deterioration resulting from product failure, including fading, chalking, or lapping.
8. Mold, mildew, or other environmental factors that may affect the paint finish.
9. Damage caused by structural movement, earthquakes, or ground shifts.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY GUARANTEE PROVIDED BY DANIEL PRO PAINTING SOLUTIONS. IT IS EXCLUSIVE AND REPLACES ALL OTHER IMPLIED OR EXPRESS WARRANTIES. THIS WARRANTY APPLIES SOLELY TO THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY DANIEL PRO PAINTING SOLUTIONS AND IS VALID ONLY FOR THE ORIGINAL CLIENT LISTED IN THE JOB CONTRACT.
